Taqueria El Paraiso. - Waukegan

The best dining spot in Waukegan! The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I love coming here with my son. There's a man who works inside who has outstanding customer service—he always greets us with a smile and remembers us each time we visit. Plus, he gives my son a toy, which we truly appreciate!

The food was excellent, especially the delicious burrito. However, after some time, the steak began to taste a bit dry. Overall, dining here can be on the pricier side.

I visited last week and was reminded of beautiful childhood memories. The food is still amazing!

This place is a great restaurant for Mexican food. They have wonderful dishes and are reasonably priced. You order and pay at the register. If you stay in to dine, they will bring you chips and salsas. Very nice staff. One odd thing, there is no garbage can in the dining area, so we just leave our plates and such on the table.
