Edgewater Supper Club - Waukesha

As first time diners at the renovated Edgewater on a late Sunday afternoon, we found that our pleasant experience made it a worthy choice. The restaurant was sparkling clean including the restrooms and the table service was spotless. The new decor was fresh and airy, and took full advantage of the large windows offering a breathtaking view of the lake. For dinner, we chose Wienerschnitzel and the Crusted Salmon special, both of which were well prepared and delicious to the very last morsel. Chef Mars certainly knows how to bring out the best in a dish yum! The relish tray, always presented on historic supper club tables, was fresh and tasty, with a palate pleasing variety of very fresh veggies and a tasty dip on the side. It was an appropriate intro for our entrees. Noteworthy, also, was the staff's friendly, prompt attention to our dining experience from start to finish. All of this is why we have put the Edgewater on our return list.

40 years ago, we had our wedding reception there today, which was then known as Chappies. We decided to go back there to celebrate our anniversary with our family. They were so courteous and actually had our table where the original head table was! The food was great, everyone had something else and his meals were delicious. The service was impeccable and Payton took care of our table. Thank you. Edgewater for our anniversary to remember another day!

Minimalist yet cozy dining with a casual lakeside vibe! Six people in our party...everyone loved their entrees! A wide variety of entrees were tried (and shared) ...each as delicious as the other.

Great tasting food with lots of flavor. The corn fritters appetizer was awesome! I had the bone in ribeye that was done to perfection. My husband the jambalaya and said it had tons of flavor and tasted great. Our server was Lexi and she did a great job of getting our drinks out to us quickly and was checking in with us at multiple times to see how we liked the food and if there was anything else she could get us. Will definitely be back here to eat.
