Scrima's Pizza - Waukesha

Now, let's talk about the dessert table. There were at least eight different desserts to choose from, and my personal favorite was the cannoli. It had a wonderfully soft filling in the middle and a crunchy chocolate-coated shell on the outside—absolutely delightful! At 10 p.m., we requested the wood-fired pizzas, and they exceeded our already high expectations! The moment a pizza was set on the table, it vanished! There were several varieties, including pepperoni, deluxe, sausage, and cheese, and all the guests enjoyed them. The pizza crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy, with well-seasoned toppings that complemented each other perfectly. I had a slice of pizza at Wisconsin Harley-Davidson during the rally, and it was fantastic! Everyone in our group agreed that it was really delicious.

The pizza is excellent! However, it is somewhat pricey for the portion size.

You wouldn't expect to find some of the best pizza in Waukesha inside of Woodman's but it's so good!

We reached out to Scrimas and spoke directly with Joe Scrima. He was incredibly rude, insisting that in all his years of business, nothing like this had ever happened. He suggested we file an official complaint, probably to protect his insurance, but he showed no real concern for what had happened to us. As someone who works in the food industry and is ServSafe certified by the state of Wisconsin, I can tell you this is unacceptable. Food poisoning can be serious and even life-threatening, and while mistakes can happen, the way a business handles such situations speaks volumes. To argue and dismiss a customer's concerns after they've gotten sick is just bad business. I won't be purchasing from Scrimas again and will be sure to share my experience with others.
