Subway - Waukon

I attempted to visit the restaurant tonight, but they closed the lights and locked the door 10 minutes before closing time. I would rate the food as 3, service as 1, and atmosphere as 2.

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service. We dined in for lunch and had a pleasant experience. The prices were very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5.

I ordered two sandwiches and a 6-pack of cookies a few days ago, but unfortunately the cookies were missing from my order. The sandwiches were also not wrapped neatly. When I called to ask for a refund, the person on the phone had a bad attitude. Overall, the take-out service for lunch was a bit disappointing. The price per person was between $20-30.

Normally I love getting subway, and try to get something different. This time I got the Philly cheese steak #1 on menu) caus3 my dad always gets it and it looks good. The guy working ask if I wanted it toasted and I said no. But then he just put the meat and cheese on the bread and asked about vegetables. I just wanna know when subway switched to not cooking their meats. I will make sure to get it toasted next time ig. Was just disappointed overall this time, but will be back eventually.
