Mcdonald's - WAUPACA

The staff was very friendly and efficient in collecting payment and serving the food to customers.

The food at this restaurant is consistently disappointing. The fries are often stale and only filled halfway in the container. Sometimes they forget to provide straws with drinks. The drinks are not made correctly, often coming with ice when requested without any. Despite these errors, the prices are too high. Tonight, our burger arrived undercooked.

I believe people tend to criticize a restaurant that is not well-located. There were a few issues such as games and tasks, possibly due to new staff training. The floors were dirty, likely due to kitchen staff rushing to prepare meals. Despite these shortcomings, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of the food.

I usually only buy drinks at mcdonald’s because they don’t offer salads anymore. I heard that salate returned and also pineapple sticks, but not to mcdonald’s here.

Fries taste like they have been sitting forever. They were terrible. I ask for no onions on both burgers and what do I get on both burgers. I would rather wait longer and have fresh hot food. I'm giving you money out of my paycheck for terrible food. Not worth it. Idk why I keep coming back. I guess I'm hoping they will get the chicken tenders back!
