Big Easy Cajun - Wauwatosa

Bourbon Chicken was good but they need to stop selling Mac and cheese or burn the recipe so that it'll never be made again. This was by far the absolute worst Mac and cheese I've ever had.

Staff was extremely friendly all of them. Bourbon chicken was good. They gave me plenty of rice too much in my opinion. Food was good. A bit pricey for chicken, rice, and a bottle of Coke. Nonetheless good and great service.

Aside from charging me for 2 sides when I only got one, still had good bourbon chicken over jambalaya rice. carrots were only boiled and lacked that syrupy sauce BiG Easy used to have.

Food was very gritty. Did not enjoy the meal. Should have got something else.

It doesn’t matter if I’ve ate already or am full. If I’m going to any mall this is what I’m getting. I LOVE big easy. I will say I was very disappointed yesterday. The meat was very fatty and the serving size was smaller than it usually is. The worst part was the rice. Typically at south ridge they offer a yellow rice or jambalaya for an up charge. I was hoping that would be the same at Mayfair. To my surprise it wasn’t. My options were jambalaya for the up charge or white. I chose the jambalaya. That’s all to say the rice was horrible. Very very mushy, the color was a bright orange and seemed off. I normally never have bad experiences with this place but yesterday was awful.
