Contribuisci feedbackAs many others have noted, this particular location either has made a system unable to handle online orders OR is willfully screwing up orders and effectively swindling. There is little point to using the online app to order and customize if large parts of the customized order are omitted. On one occasion, orders were all garbled; there was no telling what food item tracked to which person because none of the foods matched the order. On another occasion, one person had asked for extra chicken and paid the money reflecting that--there was no chicken in their burrito bowl. On that same occasion, beverages and fruit for kids ' meals was omitted.
This is the second time I have ordered delivery from chipotle and did not receive my food. Hours on the phone going back and forth to dasher to chipotle and all I got was I will get my money back and put a coupon back on my account that I used but of lesser value. Something has to get done or this will continue happening. I will use this coupon as a pick up order and never go to chipotle again. Horrible customer service. Saying I’m sorry doesn’t help. My money is gone and I have no food for my ten hour shift.
Went here for dinner tonight only because of the free guac promotion today. Guess what they forgot to include in my burrito bowl? On top of that the bowl was half filled. I guess shame on me coming to a location with less than a 4 star google
So have eaten a LOT of Chipotle.. but never until this place felt seriously cheated. $20 (w/tip) for a chicken burrito and a fountain drink I thought my order was wrong when i picked up the bag. The burrito was slighlty larger than a credit card.. and the staff acted like i was an ahole for asking about it.Are you making them pay for the chicken now? Gdamn.
