A little heavy on the bacon but was still great. Calamari was also very good with a light panko breading. Would recommend and will be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Catered our wedding and the food was delicious! Many friends and family came up complimenting the food! The appetizers were perfect; was great having server's walking around with them. The best was the beef short ribs; just melted when you ate it! Everything again was delicious! Chef Michael Feker made us feel like family! He goes above and beyond what's expected making everything feel perfect! My new wife and I will being making IL MITO Trattoria a usual night out for dinner! 100% recommend the catering service you won't be disappointed!
Even though we were unable to go out, my husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at home. The food was fantastic. The calamari was fresh. Just like being at the restaurant. Nice job! Totally exceeded our expectations. Love this restaurant and chef. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
One of our favorite Italian restaurants. Il Mito is a Milwaukee Metro gem. The food is always and consistently delicious and the prices are reasonable. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. This is an easy 'go to ' whenever we don 't want to cook or want to go out with family and friends. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
A girlfriend and I ate here for a recent night out! The service was attentive and I enjoyed my glass of wine. I also liked the atmosphere, which is a bit retro 1990s Italian vibes pretty cozy! Unfortunately disappointed with my food and overall felt you could probably get a similar meal at somewhere like Olive Garden. We shared a Caesar salad it tasted OK but was not super appealing and the lettuce did not look fresh. I ordered the Fettuccine alle Carbonara and I asked them to modify it since I'm allergic to legumes and can't eat peas. I'm not sure if they just decided to substitute the dish with an Alfredo sauce with chicken or what but it was not a traditional carbonara, it was a heavy cream sauce. My friend really enjoyed her chicken parm, but I truly think it was of similar quality to any other fast food Italian.
