Rocky Rococo Pizza Pasta - Wauwatosa

I've been around half a dozen times this place in the last few years. The consistency varies according to food quality. This time, both the bread sticks and the pizza were a bit too dry, and the sauce tasted as if it had been under the heat lamp. Other times it was fine. They seem understated and the dining area was not as clean as it should be. Another funny ?charm? this location is the blown/overpowered speaker for the PA system. Big 80s voices but super crisp lol haha

Hard to believe that this place refused to make a pizza today at 18:30 if they don't close by 11:00. They told us they didn't make pizza today. F for effort, F for any kind of customer satisfaction. F for no pumpkin shaped pizza for a 9-year-old.

I usually don't complain about the food service because it usually has paid work (I was there). Unfortunately, this must be the exception to my rule. I went through the drive thru to place our lunch order of 3 super slices a sequence of bread sticks with cheese sauce. The order was not repeated to me and I was not total. I was quickly told to drive forward what I did. When I was handed over our order, I realized that I had only 2 slices of pizza the bread sticks (which I was calculated after my loading slip). When I reported the error on the staff Mary B., whose name is on my account, she closed the drive thru window on me. I sat there for a minute in the hope that she could come back, or the manager who sat directly at the service window to drive thru would acknowledge me in any way. My mistake that they would really do their jobs right. Instead of interrupting the lunch of the vehicles behind me, I went. When we came back to the office, the bread sticks were hard cold, the pizza was over boiled a lot of sauce on it. It literally took 4 minutes to get back to the office. This is not the first bad experience at this point, but it will definitely be the last.

Lady at drive-thru was very rude had not the order right when I corrected her on this politely she was extremely rude. I have to take him home. When we came home, we discovered that the pizza was undercooked mainly the 'snell of the day' it was Raw in the middle, tepid not hot.. It happens too often! Salad was delicious. Please bring full wheat back.

Lunch with my youngest and it was a darn good one! My only wish is that they would bring back sausage and mushroom on a regular basis rather than just devoted as a special pizza for one day of the week (and I always seem to miss). Be mindful of making sure you get the appropriate cup size that you order for your drink, however!
