The service was average, with a meal type of lunch and a price range of £20–30 per person. The food was rated a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and each visit is better than the last. The new menus offer a wonderful selection, especially for those who are more adventurous, with great options for burgers and vegetarian/Gluten-Free dishes. The atmosphere is fantastic and relaxed, and the service is impeccable. I love it here. The vegetarian options are excellent, with at least 3 or 4 unique choices available. Even as a non-vegetarian, I sometimes opt for the vegetarian dish because it sounds and tastes amazing. The restaurant is also accommodating to dietary restrictions, as we had a vegetarian with celiac disease dine with us and the staff went above and beyond to ensure their meal was safe and delicious. It's clear that the staff here truly care about their customers.
The restaurant was very busy. Some of our dishes were overly oily. We were given the wrong dessert, and one of the desserts we ordered was never brought to us. One waiter was constantly reaching across people to serve the person next to them, which was not professional. Overall, we were not impressed with the food quality or presentation. The prices were high for what we received. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible, with many steps and a steep staircase to the restrooms. There is no elevator available.
Amazing burgers, very tasty, great portion sizes. Attentive friendly staff, enjoyable atmosphere. Would highly recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
Last year my Christmas meal here was divine. This year it was just OK. If you're a vegetarian expect much smaller meals than your meat eating friends will get. My friends and I had an item missing from our dish which was eventually served up as a side. If the staff hadn't tried to convince us it was actually IN the dish, which clearly it wasn't, we wouldn't have minded so much. Overall nice flavours, but inconsistent construction of the dishes. If you eat meat you'll probably enjoy it, if not, look elsewhere until things improve.
