Ordered a meal arrived cold driver took it back.Rang shop explained what had happened said not to replace it and got an apology,was told10% off next order.Three hours later a new order arrived it was then late evening so explained to the delivery lady and declined to pay.Rang to place an order this evening and my custom was declined as i didnt except an order which had been cancelled and arrived three hours later.Not what i expected have used this take away for many years.

I've not ordered a Chinese in Lowestoft before, but thought we would have a NYE treat. What a mistake that was! Over £30 worth of tasteless, poor quality food. There was barely any difference between a curry dish, satay dish and another....all tasted of nothing! I actually don't think I've ever had such a poor excuse of a Chinese!! We had a massive long wait with no communication. We expected a wait given the time of year, but to then receive a bag full of rubbish food....very disappointed and feel pretty robbed tbh....could have made something better at home!!

We thought we'd order from new hong kong as last time it was amazing. We ordered two chow meins one chicken one beef and a rice. The rice was ok but the chow meins were cold burnt and dry as a bone. So we rang up and the woman on the phone was very rude and said that they were supposed to be dry (but it didn't say that on the menu) and sent us some more. Which was just as bad even though the woman on the phone said she'd put sauce on it. It was still dry and no sauce,the beef tasted of prawns which make me sick to my stomach. Don't waste your money on this awful place

This restaurant is overpriced and serves terrible food. The meat was tough and the chicken in yellow bean sauce was bland and made with tinned water chestnuts. The house chow mein was a disappointment and the meat was unidentifiable. Save your money and time, as you will be disappointed and frustrated like I was.
