We have been buying for many years our ham from their business and have found that they are the best, except for this year. we were very disappointed! the ham was so dry. we could eat some meat from the middle, but the outer part was so dry that it was difficult to cut even. we finally had to throw over the half of the sink. Great BarBQ! I remember going to visit family and stopping in to get the chipped mutton on bread with a sliced onion and dill pickle. Throw in an Orange Crush soda with chips and you're in heaven. Also, you can't beat their smoked ham at Christmas time. Treat yourself and give it a try.
