Chicken Express - Waxahachie

I enjoy the food when I go to this restaurant, BUT I absolutely dislike how they cram everything into boxes, including sauces and napkins. It's unsanitary as the napkins are exposed to dust and dirty hands. The sauces are constantly being touched. My husband even asked for an additional roll they had in there????? As expensive as the food is, Chicken Express should not be cutting corners by not using pockets or additional boxes!!!

Do they serve customers the oldest, driest chicken and fries when asked for fresh food? Always a letdown.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy some delicious chicken breasts. I have always received exceptional service here, especially from James, one of the managers.

The chicken was hard. The chicken was cold. Stripes are super small. It took 15 minutes.

My grandson loves their chicken. It has a very crunchy coating, rolls and gravy are very good, and everyone loves their sweet tea.
