Taco Bueno - Waxahachie

Terrible. I had taco bueno not in 2 years and I can see that I miss nothing. I ordered a taco salad and put her pico de gallo on it and showed that it was sour. the pico has expired! I waited to see if they would offer a refund or another replacement nope. I paid for my 2 extra tacos. they said I was sorry and took away the expired pico.

I have given my orders to say in the middle of them that they have managed to run out of bark. okay, that's good, so we have been refunded the money for the bark goods and I ordered to drill burritos. Now they have fulfilled the second order, but not the other order, so they fix it. As soon as it comes out completely, I asked if I had another chip pocket. I wasn't told by the manager. I even asked with the inconvenience that I couldn't get any chips? I was told by the manager that at walmart. What does Walmart have to do with it? I take my meal at this point. the manager follows us outside and turns us out. really great representation as management. She was a young blonde woman as if you ever had to deal with her. but I think that behave is appropriate there and I will just take my business elsewhere.

This location is the worst I have ever had. It is a shame because I love Taco Bueno! Corporate really needs to give the Waxahachie location some extra attention because it is an embarrassment to your franchise!

Drove from another town to eat at taco bueno Get there and they can't accept debit or credit cards. The say cash only so I get out a 100 dollar bill. They can not accept it either. Mind you this is at 11:15am on a Friday. The manager tells me to go down to the valaro and get change and then come back. Are you serious! What a joke. The manager looked like she just rolled out of bed swet pants and all hair a mess. I use to really enjoy this place but it's a joke now and it was very disappointing. This waxahachie taco bueno lucky to get one star. So now I'm setting at the buffalo wild wings up the road spending my money happily. Thanks again management you need a full make over.!
