Whataburger - Waxahachie

Absolutely the best! A group of us gathers there every Friday morning, and we feel like family. The staff is fantastic, and the manager is excellent—clearly someone who knows how to train their employees well.

If I could give half a star I would. Whoever works the late night shift at this location bent my husband's card and crumpled his bag. That worker seems very unstable and needs better training. Whatever personal thing he has going on should stay personal andout of that store.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. It's hands down the worst Whataburger in Waxahachie! If you can't hire decent staff, you should consider closing down. Rude employees like this will only drive customers away. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the girl on the speaker said she was busy and that it would take at least 5 or 10 minutes before she could take my order. She told me I could wait or leave, which made it clear that she just didn't care.

I placed a mobile order for a breakfast taquito from 9 miles away for pick-up, only to find the store locked when I arrived at 8 AM. A worker inside simply gestured towards the drive-thru, leading me to wait behind three cars just to inform them I had a mobile order, which sort of defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. I eventually made my way around to the B lane and waited until my order was brought out. While my order was correct, if carryout isn't an option, it should be removed from the app. I've noticed other stores gray out options that aren't available. I tried again on September 25, 2022, and they messed up my order by adding cheese, then took an extra 12 minutes to fix the mistake they made. Overall, it's a frustrating experience. Always double-check your order; chances are it will be wrong.

Not only was there a hair in my burger, but also what appears to be a ball of chin hair or something of that sort?. All in the same bite. Easy to say it was not so delicious. I love Whataburger but maybe stay away from this location. To be fair they gaveme a refund but I?d rather have just not had two different types of hair in one mouth full?. How does that happen..
