Ordered the #1 Original with mashed potatoes gravy with a Pepsi drink. Last week the price was $6.00 and it came with a cookie. This week the price went up to $6.99 and they stopped giving a cookie with the order. The chicken tasted great; however, the pieces are smaller.

Ask much as I love eating at KFC, it 's not like it used to be. Most meals have one side when other KFC 'S in nearby cities like (Valdosta) have two sides that comes with their meals. I thought all KFC 'S served the same foods and offered the same deals. New Food items are being offered other places like in (Valdosta, Ga) aren 't being offered in Waycross, Ga. I feel we 're getting ripped off in a sense, but paying the same high price as the others.

Tonight at 8:49pm (7/16/22), I ordered a 12 piece family meal, original recipe. I asked to have the wings replaced with legs instead. When I got home, my 12 piece meal had 6 wings 5 legs and 1 breast. This is unacceptable. I have tried calling the restaurant several time and only get a busy tone. That was a waste $40, not to mention all the kids who got stuck eating wings while some got legs.

Stopped in lastnight and ordered a 12 piece family meal. Asked for dark meat and was told that I would have to wait for it to be cooked. I told them no problem and the lady was rude and acted like it was a big deal for me to get what I ordered. I waited 10 mins from ordering til I got to the window and was told at the window that it only takes 12 mins to cook the meat I ordered. So I paid and pulled forward to wait longer. I sat there for another 20 mins and finally walked around to the front to see if my food was ready. I was told that it would be another 10 mins. So I asked for a refund. I don 't understand how a 12 min cook time turned into almost an hour. Your employees are rude and nasty to your customers and it seems like they don 't want to be there. I will not be back here again and I will spend my money elsewhere.
