Taco Bell - Waycross

Waited for about 7 to 8 minutes to finally take my order. it was the girl on the car thru. both run register alone. the only reason why they get two stars is because of this girl. the manager came out, went to the register and opened it, clicked a few buttons and got the register overall. never looked up or apologize for the long waiting period. She then leaned back to what I'm ingenious, that's behind office. then came a young cassian girl, her lunch in the hand, two pots of some kind of salat immersed and began to command. while all this comes on a running gear thru customers and cried out what their youngs give up on the running gear thru? the poor Drivethru girl was overwhelmed and stopped taking over Drivethrue orders. eating was much faster than the order was taken. as food for food, cheap, prices are medium low. platz is completely dirty, right up to obvious places, like the register. I will never eat agian here and I hope that they will not, either, for their health sake!

Good tasting food. Burritos aren't made the same. They've went to smaller tortillas and the past two orders I've gotten have been laced, if you will, with spicy peppers or sauce. I never ordered spicy food on the account of my heartburn. Overall two stars bc it is food

1st time here! Food completely cold! Only ordered twist and nachos. I initially went thru the drive thru. Came in to bring it back. Walked in to see twist just sitting there catching air. Then the supervisor on duty says the manager made a rule only they can give refunds. Told me they'll be in in th morning. Mind you, I drove up from FL and will not be back. So now, how do I get my money back??? I don't right! What's the point of having a supervisor on duty that can't do anything? I don't usually eat Taco Bell but visiting from out of town, I stopped by. Totally Regretful!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! And I'm posting my review EVERYWHERE possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the girl at the counter who I didn't say a word to was huffing and puffing like I was holding her up or something and I wasn't even dealing with her or in the way of anybody. The girl with the braids n gold string in her hair!

The food can be delicious at times and sometimes it sure can get a thumbs down. I ordered a taco salad Omg ..chunks of old lettuce, with just a small amount of meat, no dressing and stale tortilla chips! Need I say more?..... Update 7/12/21 Taco Bell will never change! They really served my baby this chicken burrito like this..

They did not have change, so the guy asked if he could keep my change!!! Are you serious?!?! That was a first! Didn't have a debit card, so he kept my change!! Also, they were out of hot cheese....which is on everything there!! We got NO napkins with our order! I ordered a chicken chalupa and there was no chicken on it! All this to say...WE WON'T BE EATING HERE AGAIN!!! EVER!! Sad because taco bell used to be one of our favorite restaurants
