I have an issue now and again getting the right drink for my wife with 0 sugar but otherwise great place
I prefer Biggby over Starbucks, any day. Super ButterBear on ice is my favorite. Never had an issue.
The barista’s did not acknowledge me in line. I was the third person in line at 8:20 AM this morning. They help the first two people and then ignored me for at least 5 minutes until I decided to turn around and leave. They could’ve said hi and let me know. It would be a few minutes instead they decided to ignore.
