Watered down coffee really left a nasty taste in m mouth?

What takes soooooo Long? This place is the worst. Lazy employees standing around when there's a line. I'm sick of wasting my time. I would give it zero stars if I could. It's gotten worse, not better

This is the second time that it has happened. I ordered a cold brew with no ice, but they still put ice in it. I understand they are busy, so I didn't bother with telling them since they will throw it away and make a new one.

They don?t even deserve 1 star. Whenever I place an order online I would wait 10 minutes before going. When I go to the store to pick it up ITS STILL NOT DONE. I would have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for them to make my order when it shouldn?t belike that. It should be done BEFORE I even arrive. That is why I ORDER ONLINE!!! They are horrible and very very slow. They alsolook miserable and look like they don?t enjoy their jobs. Also when I POLITELY asked for a refund they say here and literallyargued with me to not give it to me.

I am a Dunkin coffee fan. But every time i buy the coffee from this Dunkin I always get disappointed. They always serve old coffee and it taste burn. I tried so many times but always same. All other Dunkin i go they make really good coffee.only theDunkin at Willowbrook mall is horrible.
