P.f. Chang's Willowbrook Mall - Wayne

Our server, Tomaso, was excellent — very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious, though it was a bit on the salty side. We all found it to be flavorful without being greasy. We started with the crab wontons, followed by Mongolian beef, shrimp in lobster sauce, and honey shrimp. There was more than enough for us to take some home. The noise level in the restaurant was low, allowing us to easily converse with one another. We also enjoyed our drinks; we had a Blushing Geisha and an Asian Pear Martini, both of which were delightful. We will definitely be returning.

This is my second visit here, and both times I've experienced issues with the kitchen. The wait for food has been quite long.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and the food took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, the chicken was quite chewy. The bathroom was in a filthy condition, and the plates and spoons were also dirty. Overall, it was very disappointing, and I won't be returning. The Riverside Square location is much better!

Service was really bad. They served us one dinner at a time. They served the children last approximately 15 min after all adults received their food. You had to hunt the wait staff down to get a refill of water.

The atmosphere and décor of this particular restaurant isn't like the others. The lighting is like eating in a cafeteria, no music? The food had no presentation at all, just thrown on a plate. The portions are small in relation to the prices. The service was very good.
