Buffalo Wild Wings - Waynesboro

Everything was perfect, and I rarely encounter any issues with this place. I'm not sure what others are complaining about; maybe they just haven't had a good experience. It must be nice... The delivery was spot on, everything was accurate and delicious. Thanks again, team!

Not everyone is a fan of ranch dressing, so when someone orders wings with extra blue cheese, and then they receive extra ranch instead, it can be really frustrating. It's also disappointing when you choose a dressing for your salad and end up with ranch instead. This is especially true when you've just spent around $100 on a meal for the whole family. I think it’s important to pay attention to these small details. Customers will definitely appreciate the accuracy.

I often have issues with this restaurant, as they frequently forget items or get orders wrong. Even on the rare occasions when they do remember everything, the quality of the food is disappointing. This location seems poorly managed. If possible, it's worth the extra drive to the Harrisonburg location, where the food is of better quality and orders are handled correctly. If you're not up for the drive, it’s best to save your money and choose another restaurant. I would rate the Waynesboro location a 2 out of 10.

With dasher tip I paid $25, my food was cold I get that yes I did a delivery and live about 7-8 minutes away it shouldnt be that cold. I also order veggies to go with my wings that I DID NOT get.. I also order Ranch that I DID NOT GET .. as a paying customer either dining in or pick up/delivery I feel that I should get the same quality service

Always good food. Portion size is filing. Wings always awesome!
