Kfc - Waynesboro

I received literally 5 French fries for a whole side of fries. The food is always wrong/cold and majority of the time I'm missing something. Hope someone is atleast eating the food that's always missing...

They need to get people who care about serving the customers. They to busy with cell phones joking around with each other and ignoring customers.On top of that they have no clue how to take orders and the difference between white and dark meat. These employees are just awful and we will stop going if something isn't done about this.

I don't know what has happened at this KFC, used to always getting good food here. The 2 stars are for the food, the young lady that was working the counter and I think the manager was great, it appeared the biggest thing she needed was some help. She can do just so much.

The lady working the drive thru today around 7:30 PM the Waynesboro, MS location needs a raise. She was doing everything she could do to get the orders out as fast as she could. She was very sweet and apologetic when I went inside to see if my order was ready. I quickly realized just how short staffed they were and offered a helping hand. I didn’t get her name but she needs recognition for all she was trying to do with the little help she had. God puts us in the right places at the right time and I’m glad I was there to witness her effort. Give her a raise KFC and make it a good one!! Thank you!!!!
