Kfc - Waynesboro

I have to say, I absolutely love KFC; I've been enjoying it since I was a kid. Now that I'm 51, I can confidently say that what this team has done is truly impressive. This might be the best and juiciest KFC I've ever had! Thank you to the KFC team in Waynesboro, VA!

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, as I have experience working in fast food and understand how challenging the job can be. However, my recent experience with the $20 Fill Up Box from this restaurant needs to be addressed. First of all, the food arrived cold, which is quite impressive given that it was 96 degrees yesterday. Secondly, the biscuits were so hard I could have given them to David in his battle with Goliath, and the "new" chicken nuggets weren't far behind in toughness. The french fries were not only cold but also hard and bland, making them taste like I was chewing on sticks. Lastly, I’m a big fan of honey mustard and specifically requested all four dipping sauces to be that flavor, but instead, I received a mix that ended up going to waste. I've been a loyal KFC customer for a long time, but after this experience, I think I’ll be enjoying chicken from Popeyes moving forward. If I could give zero or even negative stars, I certainly would.

We didn't receive our biscuits, and I had ordered extra gravy but didn't get that either. However, everything else was good, as usual.

No chicken in the famous bowl, no ice in the tea. They always forget something or mess something up.

The service was quick, and the KFC fast food was reliably good. However, the small chicken portion was barely a strip and felt a bit overpriced at 50 bungalows.
