Ammons' Drive Inn Dairy - Waynesville

I've probably eaten 40 years here and it's the same great food as ever. Take cash and be nice! I usually get 3 cheeseburgers with red sauce it is great) and onions with onion rings side the super sauce for rings or frits. Consistency is the key and they keep the key.

This use to eat a great place. But I took my family yesterday and the burgers were cold. I didn't put spices in my pocket. BBQ was cold. Sent car hop back 3 times for stuff that should be in the bag. Will not be back

Philly steak with green paprika and swirling: loved the roasted brot because who wants a sweet sandwich? the best fried pickles I had so far. reasonable prices only bring cash or use the provided cash machines, in the house. I will try the nice plate next time.

The food was good. they also have ice cream available. a bit of everything for the family, and they serve them quite quickly. they have many seats and clean bathrooms. many to park.

This place is the best place to eat at! This is my husband and my first time eating here and had thee best experience! We had flounder coleslaw and hush puppies and fries and I couldn't finish all my meal.they have really good cobbler and ice cream too. Like every other place they too are understaffed but, they made us feel like they were happy we came. The restaurant is clean and neat. Lots of people that were first timers came to eat plus your regulars. The pictures on the wall is absolutely beautiful! It's easy to find because, it's on the main road in Maggie valley, NC area. So yes if you're hungry and want great food then the place for you is Ammons. I know I'll be back to Ammons again.
