The Cheesecake Mousse - Waynesville

I was really disappointed with my experience. I followed the instructions to take the cheesecakes out of the freezer shortly before eating, but the cherries never thawed out. There was also way too much whipped cream, making it hard to even cut through the dessert. For over $50 for two cheesecakes, I expected much better quality.
