Local newspaper reports that the premises are in liquidation as of 17 January and an ansaphone message refers callers to the liquidators.

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch for 12 of us. Food was perfect and the friendly helpful service made it a very special occassion . Every thing we needed was provided like a special diet for one guest and it was presented beautifully.

Amazing atmosphere for our Christmas dinner well done to everyone at Barnsgate for pulling out all the stops to make it a fantastic evening.

Having read the review from Sarah H i and the other 30 attendees are wondering if we were at the same event. Having used this venue before for the same event we had the same excellent service and food. The food was excellent, portions were a good size and the plates were hot. We will be using them again

We had our Christmas do here on the 21st. The whole evening was very enjoyable. The food was well cooked , well presented and served on hot plates. The after dinner disco was a big hit! Extremely good value for money, I would highly recommend it
