Great food good service great people don is the best

Closes at 10pm, we came in at 9 with the hour to spare and the staff seemed very irritated, the shift manager included, about it to the point that they tried to say they were supposed to close six minutes ago. Mind you, it wasn't even 9:30 yet AND there were 3 other table here when we came in. I made sure to let them know that they should really call and have the hours updated online if they are supposed to close at 9:21pm instead of 10pm like their website suggests. This is WHILE we were sitting at our table eating, they approached us. Weatherford location went downhill so badly. Customer service has gone out the window so bad the last few years :

I miss Cici's Pizza. We had one in my home town my whole life until a few years ago and its just not the same without it. So I was extremely excited to see this location near our hotel and we enjoyed it so much!

Very disappointed, all the plates of pizza had 3-4 pieces and it stayed that way the whole 15 mins we were there. There were like 6 tables of customers about 15-20 people. Pretty slow and no hot pizza.

Food was good but they were very busy so sometimes the wait for the pizza my kiddos like took longer than the pizza I would eat. The game card machine can be a little frustrating at first but we figured it out. Overall a good experience.Parking: It's a shopping complex so there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: There is a game area that you can purchase play cards for and they can earn points as they play then get prizes.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
