Jalisco Mexican Grill - Weatherford

We've dined there three times, and the experience has been hit or miss—sometimes delicious, other times barely edible. On one occasion, my 4-year-old daughter, who isn't a fan of Mexican food, ordered a grilled cheese. I ended up having to send it back because the cheese wasn’t melted. When it returned about ten minutes later, it was only slightly melted around the edges and still cool to the touch. I hope they’re just experiencing some growing pains and will improve their consistency in quality. The restaurant has a lot of potential!

How do you take classic fajitas to the next level? By adding bacon and just the right amount of queso fresco! The alambres here are amazing! The service is outstanding, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. I will definitely be back!

The tacos were delicious, but I was surprised to find a slightly worn toilet bowl cleaner hanging from the stall next to the urinal.

I've always believed that they serve fantastic food, especially the mini tacos. The staff has consistently been friendly and accommodating. It's a wonderful place to dine, and it won't break the bank.
