Nice location, friendly staff, large dining room. Had the 3 PC sharp delicate combo with Mac n' cheese.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for two sandwiches, and when they finally brought them out, I was met by an incredibly rude woman. The level of customer service has really declined, and fast food no longer feels fast.

We typically use the drive-thru at this restaurant. On June 20th, the service was excellent. The staff at the window were very friendly. I rated the food a 4 because I really enjoy their chicken, but I’m not a fan of spicy flavors. While it may not be overly spicy for others, it is too hot for me, as it makes me sneeze, cough, and feel choked while I’m eating. Today, we ordered the 8-piece meal along with sweet tea. However, the tea was NOT sweet. The 1/2 gallon container was labeled as neither sweet nor unsweetened, but it definitely didn’t have the sweetness that they are known for.

Sometimes I don?t get to make breakfast on my way out the door. I got up this morning to grab a biscuit and coffee in the lobby before leaving town for work. Never mind I also needed to use the restroom. The workers smoking outside told me that the dining room wasn?t open. This wasn?t an issue when I stopped in a few days before. I just went to McDonalds. The food is great for a quick grab to work.
