Chapala Mexican - Weaverville

It was hot and a mexican reateraunt. The same as just about every other Mexican resteraunt around here. But saying that, it was good.

People were pretty un professional and food sub par.

Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and polite, making us feel right at home. I want to apologize for a awkward moment at checkout I was still savoring my meal (it was that good! and didn't respond to the host's kind farewell. Please know it wasn't rudeness, just a enjoying a great meal moment! We'll definitely be back, and I can't wait to try more of their tasty dishes. The food was really good here. My party had chicken tacos, fajitas, beef tips, and burrito, and everyone over ate. Their chips are good, salsa is pretty spicy, but they offer been dip, so it balances. The service was a little slow at times, but overall, I would recommend the stop!
