Chapala's Mexican - Weaverville

I visited this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff was friendly and the restaurant seemed to be smaller than others, but it added to the cozy atmosphere.

I was advised to hold back on my review, but I believe in being completely honest. Everyone knows someone like Uncle Ted, who fancies himself a great chef.

The tacos and French fries at this restaurant are poorly prepared. The service staff ignored customers, and the manager was more focused on spending time with friends instead of ensuring quality. This establishment is giving a bad reputation.
