Ihop - Weaverville

All the food was completely cold. Every bit of 5 meals. Eggs were all underdone. Butter was frozen which didn't go well on cold toast. Cold coffee. Cold syrup. Cold hash browns. Cold sausage. Gave us a good laugh thought we were being pranked. Was given a 20% discount for the cold food (not sure why it wasn't removed from bill since it was not eaten). Also couldn't use our 20% military discount on top of the 20% discount we received for food being Cold. So really nothing was compensated for the cold food. Paid $70 for about $20 worth of food drink we actually consumed.

I ordered from doordash and my whole order was wrong. i called ihop expecting at least some kindness but nick the store manager was very rude to me, my sister, and when my mom got on the phone he called her hostile and said there’s nothing he can do. he was mean and he’s not the kind of person you’d wanna speak to or see at your local ihop. my country fried steak had no gravy, both my pancakes were wrong, i didn’t get any of the side items i ordered. he hung up on me TWICE. he is not someone who should be running a store. if you decide you want ihop i’d turn right around and go to waffle house because at least you’ll have some kindness there. i wouldn’t even give a single star if i didn’t have to. I honestly would give no stars if I could. I had a doordash order delivered to my house and was missing several items. I then called the store to talk to a manager and was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and spoke to the store manager Nick. He was very rude. He didn't offer any kind of solution. He then told me that he had a line out the door and that I was holding him up. He also called me hostile when I politely asked him not to call me honey. He told me to call doordash and get a refund. He never explained to me why my order was completely wrong or apologize for it. And finally I told him to have a great day and he hung up on me again. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Nick should definitely not be a manager if that's how he handles customers. In my opinion he shouldn't be able to keep his job. I will never eat at this establishment ever again!

This place is always slow on service. More employees are in the back talking than out front. Today we got to watch the hostess dance behind the front desk while we were waiting to be seated and 2 other groups waiting to pay. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The food is good it's very fast so we get our food pretty quickly the bacons delicious eggs even better pancakes are delicious.
