I honestly would give no stars if I could. I had a doordash order delivered to my house and was missing several items. I then called the store to talk to a manager and was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and spoke to the store manager Nick. He was very rude. He didn't offer any kind of solution. He then told me that he had a line out the door and that I was holding him up. He also called me hostile when I politely asked him not to call me honey. He told me to call doordash and get a refund. He never explained to me why my order was completely wrong or apologize for it. And finally I told him to have a great day and he hung up on me again. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Nick should definitely not be a manager if that's how he handles customers. In my opinion he shouldn't be able to keep his job. I will never eat at this establishment ever again!
Cold food. Fluffy French toast was made with hard heel of bread with hard thin fried egg on outside of it. Gravy served with skim on it. Hashbrowns were so hard I could hear my friend trying to chew them from across the table. No waitress available until time to pay. No offer of drink refill or anything. Restaurant was not very busy. Many empty tables. No wait time for table. I have gone to this IHOP since it opened years ago and had various experiences at different times but this was such a bad experience we will not go back.
Food was yummy except for the bacon. I asked for crispy and unfortunately was unable to eat it, was very undone. Staff were friendly, attentive and kind to their customers. A staple in Weaverville! Enjoy!
Have been a few times lately but they have been overwhelmed each time. Last time we sat for 30 minutes, never even got our coffee. Sadly, I love their omelets, but it was the last
