Starbucks - Weaverville

I am eagerly anticipating the opening of the Starbucks across the street. This is the second time we have arrived at 6:30 and found that their cold bar is closed, even though they do not close for hours. This seems to be a common issue, as other Google reviews mention the same problem. It is unacceptable. Starbucks should consider revoking their franchise license. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks, including the one inside Ingles. This behavior is a poor reflection of the brand. I have already contacted Starbucks corporate to file a formal complaint.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years and always ask for light ice. I'm not sure if there was a policy change, but today I was charged extra for requesting less ice and there wasn't even less ice in my drink.

I always remember my drink here! The staff is always smiling.

It's really good place to get coffee and I love it.

When I was there, the staff was quick and friendly!
