1. My cappuccino was sour?2. You should probably make it clearly stated that you don’t allow people to work at your cafe unless they are paying $10/hr for the separate coworking space, so they don’t make the trip out in the cold to hear that they can’t use a laptop.
Unfortunately as much as I tried to like this place, I have had several instances where I have been treated poorly because it was convenient for the owner. At this point I don't feel comfortable returning to the cafe at all as she has treated us as lesser than the other customers when we needed accomodations. From the point of view of a queer disabled couple with two special needs dogs: this place is only for the upper crust and it's clear we aren't welcome here. Don't let the friendly neighbourhood coffee shop vibe fool you.
This is such a lovely café it's clear that so much love and care was put into every part of it. Plus, their coffee is far superior to anything you'll get the other coffee places in the area (i.e. Tim Horton's or Starbucks . Much love, will be back :
Didn't feel welcome here, was squished into a really uncomfortable space because one person was occupying the big comfortable room. I just wanted to sit quietly and drink my coffee and so I left immediately. Make sure to ask if you are welcome to sit down if you plan to stay.
