The best Harvey's location in Ontario. The staff are friendly, service is quick, restaurant is clean, and the food is fresh. Management and staff are doing something right here.Unfortunately, it's rare these days to eat in a fast food restuarant in this city that is clean.I can also appreciate that Harvey's has a person who still greets you and takes your order. There are so many flaws with restaurants who have implemented the kiosk system. I feel it creates a disconnection between the customer, business, and food.

Katie made our veggie burgers and I was struck by how considerate she was in doing so. Most people put toppings on without regard to what condition they're in, but Katie took the time to find that perfect tomato and pickle slice, fir example. I know this sounds trivial, but when I think about it, I believe it matters. How often do people take the time to give someone else's experience any thought? Most of us just go through the day thinking about our selves. So it's kinda nice when someone takes that little extra step to go beyond the basic demands in a job and actually think about the customer as a fellow human being. Thanks Katie, for this small act of kindness.

We were hungry from a long drive from Buffalo and this Harvey's hit the spot. My big Harv and Agus burgers were excellent. The pickles were delicious, too. Happy they're open late. We will be back.
