McDonald's is known for its consistency. I'm actually impressed with how consistently this location delivers horrible service. Has to be the worst managed location I have the misfortune of living near to. Without fail you're waiting in the drive thru while staff does who knows what in there. Awful.

Drive thru is way too slow at night. Don't even bother trying. Usually 15-30 minutes wait time.

We waited so long for our coffee that we had to leave without it after having paid for it. Staff were confused and all over the place. Literally was just waiting for a simple cup of coffee. Our tour bus was leaving so we had to go. Didn't have time to speak to anyone before we left because others on the bus were calling to say the bus is leaving. Nobody even acknowledged us while many other orders were going out. Terrible experience.

So sad to see how teens are spending their time loitering and creating such an uncomfortable dining experience for patrons. 4 girls in one bathroom stall doing God knows what and the staff cannot take care of this problem. Shame.
