The customer service absolutely horrendous 0 service they have no ethic's , do not call this company if you are looking for food.

Customer service is a zero! I ordered off door dash and seen no movement on my order for a hour .. so I called the man and he proceeded to tell me that my order had been cancelled .. I explained to him that couldn’t be because it says it’s being made on my end plus who would really call and cancel beside me or DoorDash .. he just repeated him self saying someone called in to cancel.. I knew he was lying because right after we hung up the phone it says the order was heading to me. I quickly got in contact with door dash and they cancelled the order for me they explained that if the order had said delivered I wouldn’t even have gotten my money back! This store was trying to complete the order without it even being made and or delivered! Watch out for these guys because they definitely are not truth worthy establishment.

Worst pizza customer service I’ve had at a novas pizza .. pizza was burnt, ask for double cheese there was very little cheese … I'd like a refund or a replacement pizza from a diffrent location please and thank nova pizza HR reach back to me by my email

They treat others that aren't like them like dogs they treated my girl friend poorly they made her cry she came out in tears and I ask why are you crying she said the man was very mean and rude to her I don't appreciate this service when she simply was simply just there for a simple reason.
