Worst popeyes arround gave me the wrong order after rude customer service then nearly refused to fix it not an upstanding establishment. Clearly only caters to that particular managers own race as he was morn then happy to give out free food to the people he was speaking his own language to.
Chicken wings had stale oil smell, biscuits were probably sitting multiple hours in the tray due to which it has no moisture, one girl working the kitchen looking tired, the girl at the service counter kept forgetting the sauce, twice.
During my last visit, I encountered some issues that left me dissatisfied with my purchase. I ordered fries and was asked to wait for fresh ones, which I did patiently. However, when I finally received my order, the fries were old and soggy. This left me feeling like my time was wasted, and I was disappointed in the quality of the food. While I understand that the staff works hard, I believe it's essential to maintain the quality of the food and not compromise customer satisfaction by selling old items. This experience has made me reconsider whether it's worth returning to Popeyes in the future...
