The service and coffee were outstanding. I requested a Cappuccino with cinnamon, and the barista respectfully delivered exactly what I asked for.

I go to this second cup often however, the lady working there this time was extremely rude and disrespectful. I took a seat and was waiting for a friend to come...

Employee name jen told me i have to pay extra for heating up coffee. Never knew you have to pay extra to get proper service. Poor service altogether.

I ordered an Iced Vanilla bean latte here and loved it. The place is clean and neat and the staff is also very cooperative.

very bad ...Their employes don't have etiquettes to deal costomers... very bad staff...even they do not allow to customers to go washroom if people don't order...
