First time ever I have seen this partiality in Starbucks.While we all people are waiting for coffee, these Starbucks employees are serving coffee to some blue T-shirt (Airport employees) first who were 2nd last in the line up and came after 5 mins of us while we 7 of us were waiting for our drinks.This is ridiculous and very poor service.
They’re out of a lot of items and slow. We waited over 25 minutes for a wrap.
Be prepared to wait over 20 mins for a coffee. Staff is out to lunch. Manger/ owner whoever is running this facility need to seriously do better training. Employees are more preoccupied talking about their personal lives then actually attending to customers.
The Asian-Indian looking woman who prepared my coffee was calling other customers' names as she finished preparing their orders except for mine, she just placed it there and about 3 customers read the name just to know who it was for. No one took it that had me assume it was mine, and it was! I ordered a medium but it felt like it was only half full so I added a little bit of liquid cream and some sweetener. Before leaving, I told another lady store clerk that my cup was just half-full as a feedback, but the former interrupted by saying Cappucino was supposed to be half foam. Really?! It's not like it's my first time to buy coffee from Starbucks! And, I wanted coffee not foam. That woman is just pathetic, slow and poor customer service!
