Contribuisci feedbackFirst of all, Starbucks customer service is always the best base on my experience except this location.The girl in front idk if she's a manger (then it ll be a problem.. she was giving directions on how to make the salted caramel cream cold brew to another barrister, which is great! they need to learn and try. He then gave me the drink, and then it had caramel drizzle on top, which was odd. I ve ordered this particular drink for over 20 times this year and never, ever saw drizzle on the foam. So I thought, hmm.. the trainee maybe made a mistake, I will just enjoy a different style of cold brew this morning. Then I thought it would be good to just let them know so he wouldn't make the same mistake next time. I approached the girl and then explained, she goes Nope! This is the recipe. This is right. So I go R U sure? She goes, Yepp! I showed her the photo on the app (nothing on top of the cream , and then she went nope! This is a different drink (she mentioned it was the Vanilla cream or something which it wasn't . So I gave up to talk with her and asked to make a new drink for me cuz at that point I was kind of irritated and getting angry (no reason to be like this in the morning . Never had this kind of experience with Starbucks and was very disappointed. Ham and cheese croissants was good tho.Yes, it's just coffee, and I can relax, but I also want the best quality coffee, and that's why I go to Starbucks, not Tim hortons.
Noisy (full of teens cursing and kicking things around), loud annoying music (used to play classy jazz music), there’s always a barista sweeping the floor right by where people are eating and having coffee, I’m allergic to dust so I have to cut short and leave. Hours are unstable, constantly changing, just called and they close at 7pm on a non holiday day??

I work at the hospital and stopped by to get a drink on my way out (a little before 4pm on December 8th). And WOW was the wait LONG! I placed my order right away and waited for more than 30 minutes for ONE drink! I asked the girls working how much longer it would take, since I noticed that the customers before and after me got their drinks, and the employee at the register said I would have to wait a bit as I was still in the que ! How is that possible? Aren 't drinks usually made in the order they 're placed? There was no acknowledgement whatsoever prior to me having to go up and ask them myself! I usually don 't write reviews, but this was a VERY frustrating experience!!
