Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely terrible experience at this location, and this is not the first time.I made a mobile order this morning and came to pick it up as the time shown on the app. I came into the store and patiently waited for my drink since it was rush hour, which in my mind would cause some minor delay. However, all in-store customers who came after me were served gradually, and I started losing my patience. One batista finally asked, Who is waiting for mobile order? And there were at least 3 hands raised, made me so mad for the fact they totally ignored customers ordered in advance. After that, the batista took another 10 minutes to make our orders. So, I had to wait totally 20 minutes in this store for my mobile order that I did in advance. And no apologies from the staff to let us wait.This process really frustrated me, never encountered at any Starbucks before.

Coolest baristas in there. Gave me a good suggestion for a “random drink” and made great drinks. Idk the person’s name but give whoever worked there at July 30 at 3:30pm a raise
Just wanted to say that I went through the drive thru this morning, and the service could not have been better. Amazingly friendly, cheerful and quick. I missed the cutoff to leave a tip via the app, I apologize, but will double up the next time I come. But wanted to at least give a shoutout to the great team here. Thanks so much.
