Contribuisci feedbackI will never return to this place. There's an older woman at the drive-thru who always asks for donations for a camp, which I typically contribute to, but today I didn't. To my surprise, she didn’t give me the correct change back. Always make sure to check your change because if the cash register is low, they won’t give you the right amount back. I even overheard her telling a coworker in Hindi that there wasn't enough change, and her coworker replied, "Just give him what you have." I guess they assumed I didn’t understand their conversation. Honesty with customers is important.
I have attached photos that serve as evidence of the issue. Interestingly, while composing this review, I found similar experiences shared by other customers, highlighting both issues and instances of decent customer service at this location. I strongly encourage others to leave their own reviews and to escalate any health and safety concerns to the appropriate authorities when they encounter similar problems here.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! We ordered a large iced cappuccino with whipped cream, but you could barely see any whipped cream at all. The staff were extremely rude and seemed indifferent to our concerns. They implied that we would have to pay double for more whipped cream, even though they hadn’t included the correct amount to begin with!
The service was very disappointing. I waited over 10 minutes just to be served. I noticed nine employees assisting drive-thru customers while there was only one employee handling everything for those dining inside. It was actually quicker for me to leave, get in my car, and join the drive-thru line. It's quite pathetic and unfortunate. This restaurant seems to be poorly managed.
I really enjoy Tim Hortons and their hot beverages. This is a lovely spot!
