Very Rude and Impolite staff. Mostly Punjabi Girls Serve Here and their service is so poor and it’s poor and impolite only for Punjabi people. They behave like they are serving for free.
Gave me the wrong donut even though I repeated myself several times, ordered a bagel belt and the bagel is missing the most crucial element… the bacon. I don’t even know what to say I’m not touching the sandwich and going back and getting it remade.
The customer service experience at this Tim Hortons location, particularly with the manager named Vangie, was by far the worst I've encountered anywhere in Canada. My recent visit resulted in a health and safety concern after purchasing coffee and an espresso shot. Two of the products exhibited a problem, prompting me to contact the establishment to inform them. However, the response I received was rather unhelpful. Vangie suggested that I drive a considerable distance of 15km to return the items in question. Additionally, she mentioned that the coffee would then be forwarded to the head office lab for investigation.I have attached images that provide evidence of the issue. Interestingly, during the process of writing this review, I came across similar accounts from other customers who had experienced both issues and commendable customer service at this same location. I urge you to not only leave a review, but also to escalate the matter to health and safety authorities in instances where you encounter similar problems at this establishment.
Worse experience EVER! We got a Large Iced Capp with Whipped cream and you can’t even see the whipped cream staff where very rude and not caring and told us we need to pay double for more even that they never added the supposed amount!
