Contribuisci feedbackWhen I reached the window, I inquired about the employee who took my order, only to find out that she was the supervisor named Francis. I was shocked. A supervisor behaving that way is unacceptable; she clearly lacks any understanding of customer service. I would never return to that location—I don’t want someone so arrogant and rude putting bad energy into my food. I'm also puzzled at whoever made her a supervisor; they are risking their business. If a supervisor treats customers poorly, what can the rest of the team possibly learn from her? I have my own experience in customer service, and I made it a point never to be rude, regardless of how hectic the day was. There’s no reason to be disrespectful to someone who is simply trying to place an order.
After repeatedly expressing my concerns in person at the store, I'm writing here because the issue remains unresolved. At the drive-thru, I'm consistently receiving only half a cup of French vanilla coffee when I order a medium or large. It's frustrating to pay for a medium or large size yet only receive a small quantity. My trust in Tim Hortons is diminishing, especially as a regular customer of their French vanilla coffee.
Today, I ordered two chipotle steak bowls and I was very disappointed. There was very little meat, veggies, and rice, and they filled the entire bowl with lettuce. Other Tim Hortons locations offer much better proportions than this one. I'll be going elsewhere!
I have very bad experiences of walk in service today. I order at 11:05 am in morning and within 30 second i get my coffee in my hand but also i ordered Egg and chees biscuit .. but that one i have to wait for 10 min … Surprise right… they forget my order lol. when i ask 2 times .. don’t know what they doing . in last i just grave dounut and left. at that time my privious orders was read after 10 min. I understand when busy but walk in was not busy and still they forget .even i dint took back money which i pay for my order. vary bad experience of service.i have to give 1 star in review because no choice to give 0 star. lol
I work nearby but don't have a car so I always order delivery from the Tim's App since I get my points. I want to say 7 out of 10 times my order is done wrong or missing something. Last week I called when order was done wrong and was advised by the manager to put in another order via Uber and he'll remake the wrap that was done wrong and also include a gift card to cover the Uber charge and more. So I did exactly what he said and when the Uber driver showed up I didn't get my wrap or the gift card I was promised, so I had to call again. Spoke to same manager and he says oh I didn't know it was picked up already and said to repeat the process. So I'm being told to charge myself another Uber order and also being told that he will only cover the charges for 1 order. I ended up not doing the 2nd order as it wasn't worth my time anymore. I had to contact Uber and explain what happened. They refunded me all charges and were amazing. I understand that you work in a fast paced environment but please double check orders before sending them out, and don't promise someone something and then not deliver on it. I'm still waiting on a free wrap and gift card that I was promised, I'm not holding my breath.
