Terrible service, incompetent workers can’t even make a sandwich without messing up the order, happened on multiple

It's an okay location, nothing extraordinary or even average. Lines are long, orders are inconsistent. Sometimes my vanilla ice cap has so much vanilla in it that i have to toss it because of how strong the taste it.Staff could he trained better to help with consistency and efficiency

The worst Tims you can ever been to.1. Staff here definitwly needs more training. Sometimes they dont even know what you are ordering and dont know how to use their own order system.2. Slowest tim hortons if you order anything other than drink.

First off f utm food services, everything is slow, they take all our tuition money and refuse to give students accessible and fast food services. I wait 30 minutes before class at this place, had to leave the line, came back after class waited another 30 minutes. They have like 7 workers, 3 cash registers and yet even when you get to the front of the line you have to wait 15 mins for someone to go check you out at the cash, I don't know what all those workers are doing. Food is standard tim hortons food, I just think its so disgusting for the uni to charge so much, work them to death and then make them wait 30 minutes for a mediocre coffee. The starbucks, Colman Commons, and Booster Juice all have this problem too. I don't know if its related to the food service providers aramark, who are super sketchy, I applied for a job got it they took my SIN and sensitive information then said there was no shifts available for me then said I WAS FIRED FOR NOT WORKING 30 DAYS when I was given no shifts, no responses to emails or phonecalls???
