I wanna give them a 0 star but i don’t have option to do that… customer service was ridiculous and i order 3 wraps and who gonna charge for ketchup when i ask for ketchup they said 1$ really i saw that first tim hortons in canada who charge for a ketchup with food disgusting

They always know how to mess up my coffee 2 milk 1 sugar it’s not that hard every single time I go here my coffee order is wrong stay away from this location

What is the purpose of ordering ahead through the app if the order is not ready when I get there, and I have to wait in a parking spot for them to bring me my order? Busy or not it's the same issue.

They serve old buns, cold wedges and even cold breakfast. As its my near work location I do not have any other option and always surprise me with poor services. They should take food business seriously.
