Buffalo Wild Wings - Webster

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Today was my son's 8th birthday and he wanted our family to go out for dinner. Our immediate family is 22 people and Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't take reservations. I stopped by earlier in the day and spoke to Logan about my concerns for such a large party at 7:00 on a Friday night. He said they don't take reservations, but he would inform the manager and suggested that we arrive about an hour early to get on the waitlist. I followed his advice and arrived an hour early, and the staff had prepared a section for our party. The manager came by to reassure us that it would only be a short wait and she was very accommodating. Our waiter, Zach, came over and explained that we could start a tab at the bar while we waited. Our party started to arrive and we were seated by 7:02. I was beyond impressed! The service we received was exceptional. Normally with a large party, there are multiple servers assisting, but Zach handled everything by himself and did an amazing job. Throughout the meal, we commented on how great he was. He even surprised us by bringing out a dessert for my son and joining in singing happy birthday. After our meal, the manager checked in on us and we praised our waiter and the excellent service and food. Thank you for making my son's birthday exactly what he wanted. A great atmosphere for our big family, no pressure to rush, and outstanding service!

Great customer service and excellent food. Very attentive waitress and her walls are wrapped with the biggest TVs I've ever seen.

On Sunday afternoon there were wings, beer and football. Love the atmosphere! The food was great and friendly service!

Omg place is so totally awesome it has big screen tvs and great drinks and all !!! The managers there are really cool too ! Check this place out you so won't totally regret it!
