We pre-ordered appetizers. My sesame seed bagel with plain cream cheese was delicious!

With my baby in stroller and laptop removed for food and work to find out that the whole dining room was closed. I think in March 2022 it's a bit strange to have a closed dining room. Missed to many customers. My business across the street to Starbucks

On 12/13 I ordered the baker's dozen box (which highlighted in the online description as below) said it came with 1 tub of simple glamour, and 1 tub of garden veggie shmear. it also says they feel free to replace their beats in store, which I stressed in the description. I come to the pick-up table and see that I got both smooth beats, so I kindly asked the person to go if I could get my veggie slime that it should come. then she tells me the next time that I have to call the load because he doesn't come with the veggie. she then took one of the simple beats (unopened and still going on the table) and threw him away. She said, as I did not foresee that she must throw it away now. When I spoke to the manager and pointed out that I was right, she was also rude.

The bagels we received were tasty, but we were disappointed that some of the specialty bagels we ordered were swapped out for plain ones without our knowledge. The app mentioned that there may be shortages, but we were not informed of the substitutions when we picked up our order. This made us question whether we would use app ordering again in the future.

No matter which Einstein's location I visit, I always have trouble ordering a bagel with sausage and cheese, but no egg. The cashiers seem to struggle with this request, as their POS system doesn't make it easy to omit egg from a sandwich. Despite this, the cashier at this particular location handled it like a pro. She took her time, thought it through, and eventually realized that she had to ring up the bagel, cheese, and sausage individually to omit the egg. This not only helped me avoid paying for something I didn't want, but also saved me a dollar on my sandwich. If you're looking for a place that hires critical thinkers and can accommodate special requests like omitting egg, this is the spot for you.
