He was sarcastic and could have got a great tip if he would’ve actually tried. Some people just aren’t meant to provide others a service and he definitely checked every box as to why he’s actually terrible at doing this. I would love to give my contact info and explain further as to what exactly made this a bad experience but how about you sit and experience him yourself.
Noisy place with good and perfectly cooked wings. Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan dry rubs are usually a bit salty. Service is always good.Food: 3/5
So this is the 2nd visit to the bar that the service has been slow. Last time we actually left before drinks due to more 15 minutes without drink order. Today was looking like the same except I stopped someone and then had to get the manager to be able to cash out. Food was amazing as usual and quick. Hopefully 3rd time will be a charm...
Moved from New Jersey here. And Came to eat dinner here. They wanted to check my ID since it was a jersey ID. i showed the waitress. she looked at it weird and walked away. Then Her manager comes up and asks to see my ID so i give it to him and he looks at it weird. then i tell him to go to the back and scan it. once it comes out positive i felt embarrassed and wrong for them thinking a new texas resident is a fraud. I was ready to have them call the cops to show how truly stupid they look. How are you a manager and you don’t know how to tell an ID. i bought a 70k car last week and they didn’t think my ID was fake. at my job i deal wit sales that involve thousands of and we require a customers ID. But we actually know how to tell an ID. And they over here pressing me for a 40 bill. Manager and staff needs training on this. i understand it’s a big matter. but someone who goes to clubs, dealerships, restaurants, all the time in houston. this place was first most unprofessional place ever for making me feel like i was a fraud ?. That’s completely ridiculous and for the waitress not to ask if she can take my ID to the back and instead call her manager to come over is truly pathetic. Hopefully they get some training. because that was embarrassing on my part. First time i have ever left a 0 tip and i’m very very big on tips. but the waitress and manager screwed that up. Which is sad. because that’s a manager…… who can’t tell a difference between a real or fake ID. smh
Went for the first time tonight. Family of 5. The wings were extremely hard and dry exterior, the chicken tenders were dry and burnt on the outside, the hot buffalo sauce didn’t taste like buffalo sauce, the Asian ginc whatever sauce had zero flavor. The buffalo sandwich was dry but the buffalo sauce helped cover it. The kids meal corn dogs were alright. However the apple slices were soggy, and the Mac and cheese was dry and crusty but the noodles seemed over cooked. As far as the service goes waiter was very unenthusiastic, brought down the mood, came by the table 6 times. Had to be asked where the adult beverages were after other drinks and appetizers were out. Had to ask another waitress to bring water after kids finished chocolate milk Also ended up getting up and going to the bar to refill . My oldest kids sprite. However, the fried cheese is absolutely amazing.
